Deleting your Velluno account
Provisional text, not yet reviewed by a lawyer. The fields in square brackets will be filled in before launch. If the English and Romanian versions differ, the Romanian version prevails.
You can delete your account and all your data at any time.
In the app
- Open Velluno and go to Settings.
- Tap “Delete account and all data”.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Without the app
Write to us at support@velluno.ro from the address you use to sign in to Velluno, with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account, your profile (name, address), subscriptions, cancellation requests, bills received by email, notification identifiers and the technical log. The hosting provider's backups are deleted automatically after [number of days in the Supabase plan].
What is not deleted
- Your Premium subscription in the App Store or Google Play: turn it off in the store settings, otherwise it renews.
- Your Premium purchase history, kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat (our payment processor) under their own rules.
- Names of companies from bills that were not on our list, with no link to you.
- Meetings you moved and blocks you created in Google Calendar: they stay in your calendar, they're yours. We remove Velluno's access at Google when you delete your account.
