The rules for using the Velluno app, in short.

What the app does

What we don't guarantee

Request status

“Sent” means that you told us you sent the request. Opening the email does not mean sending it. “Canceled” means that you confirmed to us that the payment stopped or that the provider confirmed it.

Providers

Velluno is not affiliated with the providers shown and does not represent them. Their names appear only so you can recognize your subscriptions.

Offers and affiliate links

Some offers have an affiliate link: we may earn a commission if you choose them, and your price doesn't change. The full conditions are the ones on the provider's website.

Free version and Premium

Your account

You are responsible for the data you enter and for access to your email. You can delete your account at any time, in Settings. We may suspend an account that is used abusively, for example to send fake bills automatically.

Liability

The app helps you organize your subscriptions; decisions and actions towards providers are yours. [Limits of liability to be set with a lawyer, respecting consumer rights, which cannot be limited.]

Applicable law

Romanian law applies, without taking away the protection the law of your country of residence gives you. For complaints, write to us at support@velluno.ro. You can also contact ANPC (the Romanian consumer protection authority, anpc.ro) or, because the company is based in Lithuania, the European Consumer Centre in your country (in Romania: eccromania.ro).
